Josh Martin
Joshua M. Martin is the founder, owner, and managing attorney of Citizens Law Group. He began his career representing corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals before making a deliberate choice to shift his focus to the everyday consumer, fighting for homeowners against banks and corporations with far greater resources.
Since founding Citizens Law Group in 2011, Josh has grown the firm into one of the largest and most effective in the country representing distressed homeowners. He has represented thousands of clients facing foreclosure, negotiated hundreds of short sales and loan modifications, secured millions of dollars in judgments on behalf of consumers, and helped countless families find financial breathing room through bankruptcy. Fellow attorneys regularly refer clients to Josh, a testament to both his expertise and his reputation for delivering results.
Josh holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside the office, he's an avid Chicago Cubs fan (for better or worse), and you'll usually find him on a golf course or enjoying a good cigar.
