Our Founder

Joshua M. Martin, Esq. is a Fordham University School of Law graduate who began his career representing corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals before making a deliberate choice to shift his focus to the everyday consumer. Over the course of his career, he has represented thousands of distressed homeowners, negotiated hundreds of short sales, secured millions of dollars in judgments on behalf of clients, and helped countless families find financial breathing room through bankruptcy.
